摘要

Acidhyphen;base equilibria in aqueous solutions of methylamine, dimethylamine, and trimethylamine have been studied by nuclear magnetic resonance. It is shown that the chemical shift of the methyl protons is a linear function of the concentration ratio of acid to base plus acid. The NMR spectrum of tetramethylammonium ion is also given.
