摘要

abstract_textpA new highly efficient method for the catalyst-free synthesis of germinal spiro compounds through a one-pot three-component condensation reaction of carbon dioxide, amines and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate at room temperature is described. In this methodology, both C=O bonds of CO2 are concurrently reacting in a one-pot reaction. The structures of all obtained products were assigned with H-1 and (CNMR)-C-13, MS, IR and elemental analysis./p/abstract_text
