Use of hydrogenation in the study of the properties of amorphous germanium tin alloys

摘要

A study of the macroscopic properties ofahyphen;Ge:Sn andahyphen;Ge:Sn:H films is presented. The samples were prepared by the rf sputtering method on substrates held at 180thinsp;deg;C. Their composition and structure were characterized, and the transport and optical properties were studied. The role and influence of hydrogen on the general properties of the alloys have been established.
