When zygotic embryos of ginseng were cultured on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium supplemented with all combinations of 6-benzyladenine (BA), GA3, and ABA of 5μM each, flower buds were induced on the medium with either BA, BA+GA3, or BA+GA3+ABA.
