Domain inversion in KTiOPO4crystal near the Curie point

摘要

A microscopic mechanism of the outdiffusionhyphen;induced domain inversion in KTiOPO4crystals near the Curie point without applying an external electric field is developed. It is described in terms of a builthyphen;in electric field, for reasons of a gradient of donorlike centers. The predicted dominant role of thenhyphen;type charges is proved by experimental observations.
