A rotationhyphen;vibration analysis of the SrClBthinsp;2Sgr;+ndash;Xthinsp;2Sgr;+system is reported. Large parts of the (0,0), (1,1), and (2,2) bands were recorded using Doppler free polarization spectroscopy and microwave labeling was employed in order to simplify the complex spectra. The optical data were combined with the results of independent microwave measurements of theXthinsp;2Sgr;+state in a weighted least squares fit. The heads of four Dgr;v=+1 bands were measured for the vibrational analysis. The main Dunham parameters (2sgr; error in parentheses) for the Sr35ClBthinsp;2Sgr;+state areY10=0.103thinsp;110thinsp;64(78) cmminus;1,Y11=minus;0.473thinsp;94(70)times;10minus;3cmminus;1,Y10=307.056(19) cmminus;1, andY20=minus;1.0156(34) cmminus;1;Te=15thinsp;722.8176(14) cmminus;1.
