摘要

The rotational structure of theWthinsp;1Pgr;ndash;Bthinsp;1sum;+(0ndash;0) band was resolved and the values of spectroscopic parameters were derived asBrsquo;0=1.5549plusmn;0.0068 cmminus;1,r0=0.1257plusmn;0.0003 nm, and ngr;00=15thinsp;891.6plusmn;0.6 cmminus;1. The observation of theWthinsp;1Pgr;ndash;Bthinsp;1sum;+(0ndash;0) band supports Ogawa and Ogawarsquo;s assignment that theWthinsp;1Pgr; state is the first member of thenssgr; Rydberg series converging to theA2Pgr;istate of CO+ion. TheWthinsp;1Pgr;ndash;Bthinsp;1sum;+(1ndash;0) band, on the other hand, was not observed with expected intensity and the presence of dissociative perturbation has been suggested.
