Some electrical properties of AgGaS2

摘要

Results of Hallhyphen;effect and resistivity measurements on semihyphen;insulating undoped AgGaS2are reported. Both shallow (sim;0.11 eV) and deep (sim;0.72 eV) acceptor levels were observed from phyphen;type crystals. Crystal resistance is not readily changed by heat treatment.
