Landmark, ennobled COBE has transformed the tallest silo at Nordhavn into a shimmering block of apartments -including a gallery space in the base and a restaurant on top - with floor-to-ceiling window openings and a curtain wall facade of galvanised steel and trapezoidal balconies.
