A novel super-resolution method by using the fuzzy technique

摘要

A novel scheme for edge/detail preserving image interpolation is introduced for enlarging the digital images, which is based on fuzzy inference. The proposed method reconstructs sharp edges and peaks accurately. Thus, the resolution of the enlarged digital image increases by the proposed interpolation. Simulation results show the superior performance of the proposed approach, which respect to other linear interpolations techniques.
