An alternative proof of the generalized reciprocity theorem for charge collection

An alternative proof is given of the generalized reciprocity theorem for charge collection discussed by Misiakos and Lindholm lsqb;J. Appl. Phys.58, 4743 (1985)rsqb;. The present analysis directly yields an equation for the distribution of the charge collection probability in quasihyphen;neutral regions of a semiconductor device and the associated boundary conditions.
