Singaporean product inventories surge;Japanese stocks dip

International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories posted a massive build of 7.953MM bbl to 55.489MM bbl in the week to April 17.Light distillate inventories spiked by 4.933MM bbl to an all-time high of 19.667MM bbl.Also,middle distillate stocks jumped to a 19-month peak,and fuel oil inventories swelled to a nine-week high.(Please see chart in April 29 issue.)
