Typehyphen;I and typehyphen;II noncritical phase matching of LiB3O5crystal

摘要

Noncritical phasehyphen;matching properties for LiB3O5crystal are reported. Secondhyphen;harmonic generation (SHG) with temperaturehyphen;tuned phase matching was measured at a fundamental wavelength ranging from 1340 to 900 nm with corresponding temperature tuning from minus;10 to 280thinsp;deg;C. Based on the experimental results a new type of SHG device has been made from the crystal, and the advantage of such a device is also demonstrated. thinsp;
