Topological hypergroups in the sense of Marty (vol 42, pg 4712, 2014)

The original version of the article was published in CommunicationsinAlgebr 42(2014)4712-4721. Unfortunately, the original version of this article contains a mistake in Lemma 3.1, authors claimed that the family B consisting of all sets Sv = {U subset of P*(H); U subset of V; U subset of tau} is a base for a topology on P* (H) for any topological space (H, tau). But this is not true in general. Our aim in this erratum is to show by an example that the lemma is wrong and to present the corrected version of it.
