摘要

This report studies enhanced reflection and transmission of a TE plane wave from a ID random thin film with slanted fluctuation. By starting with the random wavefield representation for the ID random thin film with slanted fluctuation, a formula of the second-order incoherent scattering cross section is explicitly obtained. A numerical example is performed for a random glass thin film. Due to slanted fluctuation, in cases with small thickness compared with the wavelength, sharp enhanced peaks or dips show the change in shape. In cases with large thickness, gentle enhanced scattering peaks shift in the transmission side and separate in the reflection side.
