Exchange Effects in the3A2rarr;1EAbsorption Transition of the Ni2+Ion in Fluoride Compounds

摘要

The effect of the exchange interaction between nickel ions on the structure and position of the3A2rarr;1ENi2+ion absorption transition has been studied experimentally in fluoride compounds. The spectra observed in these materials are found to depend on the concentration of the nickel ion component and the crystal structure.
