Fully On-Chip Active Guard Band Circuit for Digital Noise Cancellation

A fully on-chip active guard band circuit is pro- posed. Theproposed circuit is mainly composed of current mir- rors and based ona DC bias technique. HSPICE simulations and experiment resultsconfirm the validity of the proposed ac- tive guard band circuit.
