摘要

The low-temperature ferroelectric G2 polymorph of K_3WO _3F_3 oxyfluoride is formed by chemical synthesis. The electronic parameters of G2-K_3WO_3F_3 have been measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy under excitation with Al Kα radiation (1486.6 eV). Detailed spectra have been recorded for all element core levels and Auger lines. The chemical bonding effects in the WO_3F _3 and WO_6 octahedrons are considered by using the binding energy difference ΔBE(OW)=BE(O1s)-BE(W4f72).
