摘要

ABSTRACTThe method of hydrogen peroxide determination in milk described by Ferrier et al. (J. Dairy Sci. 53: 598, 1970) was modified. This modification increased the sensitivity threefold and permitted the detection of less than 1 ppm hydrogen peroxide in milk.
