摘要

We developed low power consumption chip set for CCD digital camera. It operates 2.8V single power supply. We actualized low voltage CCD operation by optimization of CCD process conditions. The power supply voltage for CCD output amplifier is +5V, and vertical shift clock voltage is -5V to +2.8V. The single power supply system was realized by the vertical driver chip built in charge pump DC-DC converter. Then, we established the way of preventing noise. The technology of the power management reduced power consumption more. This technology can be used without control such as a microcomputer. Though it was the CCD camera of the high sensitivity and low noise, the low power consumption of less than lOOmW (VGA, 5fps) could be realized.
