摘要

abstract_textpThis paper describes the changes of structure and properties of MMCs, based on FeGr1 material impregnated with the machine oil and with alumina, silicon carbide, and carbon ultrafine additives. The hybrid effects of these additives were investigated using the Simplex Lattice Design as one of DoE methods. With the addition of alumina and silicon carbide, the ferrite content increases significantly in comparison with the base material. Depending on the content and composition of the additives, MMC hardness may be reduced by up to 42 or increased by up to 20, while residual porosity increases by up to 10-35 in comparison with the base material; sample shrinkages are between -0.9 up to -2.55. When impregnating with oil, its content depends on the residual porosity and is equal to 1.1-2.2 of the MMC sample mass. The content of additives is determined, thus ensuring optimal values in the parameters investigated./p/abstract_text
