摘要

Hattori et al. proposed privacy-preserving biometric authentication protocols with generic 2-DNF homomorphic encryption and with the Okamoto-Takashima encryption scheme. However, their protocols are vulnerable to the replay attack which directly employs eavesdropped data between users and servers on networks. In this paper, we propose challenge-response based variants of the Hattori et al. protocols, and show several securities against various active attacks (including the replay attack) by using additive homomorphicity.
