To confirm the effect of the magnetic transformation on electromigration of carbon in agr;hyphen;iron, the temperature dependence of the drift velocity of carbon in agr;hyphen;iron during electromigration has been determined at 870 and 890thinsp;deg;C in addition to the previous work. The drift velocity of carbon per unit electric current density in the ferromagnetic agr;hyphen;iron is shown to be lower than that expected by an extrapolation from the temperature dependence of it in the paramagnetic range. The results are discussed based on the spinhyphen;disorder scattering model.
