ABSTRACTThe flavor quality of juice products from early‐ (Hamlin), mid‐ (Pineapple) and late‐season (Valencia) oranges sprayed with abscission chemicals to aid in mechanical harvesting, was evaluated and compared with that of similar juice products from untreated fruit.
