Population Analyses of the SCF Wave Functions of Ammonia

摘要

The two published SCF LCAO MO wave functions for NH3differ in the form of the AO's of the nitrogen atom. The population analysis of these wave functions is reported here and the differences between the two sets of figures reveal the physical results of the two different choices of basis functions.
