A case of neosporosis in a pup

abstract_textpThe article contains a description of a one and a half month old pup suffering from posterior paresis caused by neosporosis. After a review of the different possibilities of differential diagnosis and the complementary examinations performed the serological and histological data enabled a diagnosis to be established. A discussion then follows in which rite clinical signs noted in rite pip are compared to those Sound specified in a bibliographical research. The relative value of the different complementary examinations is also discussed and an explanation is provided of the data available today on the epidemiological cycle of Neospora caninum and of the prevalence of the disease. A description is provided of the development of this case as well as all overview of the different possibilities of therapy mentioned in the bibliography./p/abstract_text
