Calculation of the Auger spectrum of liquid water

摘要

The Auger spectrum of liquid water has been calculated by a Greenrsquo;s function method applied to a dimer in the effective field of point charges simulating the neighboring molecules. The positions of the molecules have been determined by a Monte Carlo calculation. The obtained theoretical spectrum has been compared to the theoretical and the experimental Auger spectra of gashyphen;phase water and to the experimental Auger spectrum of ice.
