In the temperature range 325ndash;340 K the net evaporation coefficient agr;ggr; oftranshyphen;diphenylethene is measured. We describe a new technique that makes use of special effusion cells for variable undersaturation; the coefficient appears to be pressure independent, and is found to be agr;ggr;=1.03plusmn;0.03.
