The Chinese oil major plans to begin construction on a new, 32MM-mt/y (658K-b/d) refining complex in Jiangsu, China. The project is estimated to cost 100B CNY ($15.45B), and Sinopec has said that the "mega-complex" will be constructed in two phases.
