摘要

Recently, many researches in Augmented Reality (AR) which provides various information for users on the real world have been developed. In order to support a navigation of the user by AR information, it is important to acquire the direction and position of the user and detecting what user see. We suggest the technique which use infrared-beacons and a stereo camera. In the proposed method, we allocate some beacons in real world and measure the position and direction of the user based on the picture obtained from a stereo camera. In the mounted system, in order to improve the accuracy of position detection, we use giro sensor.
