Snapple snaps back

When Triarc Beverage Group purchased the Snapple fruit and tea drinks business from Snapple Beverage Corp., the challenge has been to put Snapple in the top spot in the premium beverage business. Following an in-depth study, Snapple met with the Films Division of Mobil Chemical Company, which introduced it to the new biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) label material. Mobil's Label-Lyte LS 447 film has been the choice for Snapple's 32-ounce bottles.
