摘要

The first cw monolithic twohyphen;section lasers were fabricated using reactivehyphen;ionhyphen;etched grooves in buriedhyphen;crescent wafers. Tunable singlehyphen;mode selection with spurious mode levels down sim;20 dB was demonstrated under modulation.
