Prognostic Factors in Huntington’s Disease of Early Onset

Using a predominantly young sample of patients with Huntington’s disease, the effect of the sex, onset age and duration of symptoms in the affected parent as well as the sex, birth rank, presenting neurological sign, onset age and time of appearance of dementia in patients on the duration of their illness was studied.
