Plain Thin-layer Chromatography of Some Herbicides and Related Compounds on Admixture of Barium Sulfate and Calcium Sulphate in Mixed Solvents

Some carboxylic herbicides and plant growth regulators such as benzoic acid, 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, cinnamic acid, 2,4-D, indole-3-acetic acid, indolepropionic acid, #x3B1;-naphthalleneacetic acid, #x3B2;-naphthal eneacetic acid, #x3B2;-naphthoxyacetic acid, phenoxyacetic acid, TCA and 2,4,5-T have been separated on BaSO4-CaSO4(1:1) coatings in mixed solvent systems.
