We proposed a portable human navigation system which can navigate human by only portable devices. This system determines the human's position by dead reckoning, so that the system can be used in places where a global positioning system(GPS) is not available. In this paper, we examine the navigation method using voice and picture. To evaluate this system and the navigation method, we made some walking experiments. As a result, we confirm that the system can navigate a human accurately anywhere. By evaluating the instruction and the navigation method, the system's advantage and the problems were made clear.
