Simulation of Nonstationary Heat Transfer in Jacketed Apparatus

摘要

Chemical technology and food and pharmaceutical industries widely use jacketed vessels with steam heating without an agitating device,in which heating and cooling,extraction,crystallization,dissolution,chemical reactions,etc.are performed.In most of these processes,temperatures of both heat-transfer agents and heat transfer coefficient in the apparatus vary in the course of time,i.e.,the heat-transfer process occurs under nonstationary conditions.
