Virtual Network Scheduling based on Network Robustness and Resources for Efficient Utilization of Network Resources

In this paper, we propose schedulings for constructing virtual networks to utilize network resources effectively while keeping robustness of a physical network. In our proposed method, a service provider determines a scheduling of virtual network constructions whose requests are received during a certain period of time. For this method, we consider two scheduling methods based on network robustness or the amount of network resources. We evaluate the performance of our proposed schedulings, and we investigate those effectiveness.
