Water resource management is an inherently interdisciplinary effort. It involves professionals in engineering, hydrology, economics, planning, and law, at a minimum. The success of a water resource project depends on the ability of individuals in each of these professions to communicate and collaborate with one another. Communication and collaboration also determines whether a project resulted in a positive experience for those on the project team.
