The Implementation of a Jacobi-Type Method

We present both the implementation and some of its numerical results of a Jacobi-type method for the triangularization of arbitrary matrices. We also present some discussions concerning convergence difficulties of a Jacobi-type method for computing eigenvalues of arbitrary matrices.
