Di-#x3BC;-Sulphido Complexes of Oxomolybdenum(V) with Carboxylate Ligands

摘要

In this paper we report the synthesis and study of the first examples of oxomolybdenum (V) complexes with di-#x3BC;-sulphido bridges and n-pentyl, n-hexyl, n-heptyl, iso-octyl, cyclohexyl and phenyl carboxylates as ligands. The complexes have been characterized by analytical, magnetochemical, IR and visible-UV spectral methods and are assigned the formula Mo2O2S2(RC02)2.
