Separations in biotechnology

摘要

The successful commercialization of biotechnology depends strongly on the development of separation processes that give higher yields and greater selectivity. Recent developments in the field of separations for biotechnology were presented at the third in a series of successful meetings held at the University of Reading (Reading, UK), which was attended by researchers from both academia and industry. The meeting was divided into five sessions, reflecting the breadth of activity in this field.
