HOMOGENEOUS FUNCTIONS DETERMINED BY CYCLIC SUBMODULES

For a unital moduleVover a commutative ringR, letCdenote the collection of cyclic submodules. The ring #x3F5;R(V;C) = {f #x3B5; EndRVf(C) #x2286;C, #x2200;C#x3B5;R(V;C) has been the object of several recent studies in which the structure of #x3F5;R(V;C) is related to the triple (V, R,C). Here we introduce a new ring HR(V;C) containing #x3F5;(V;C) and investigate its structure in terms of the parameters (V, R, C).
