Study of twohyphen;dimensional Gunn domain dynamics using a stroboscopic SEM

摘要

Twohyphen;dimensional domain dynamics has been clarified in a cathodehyphen;slanted planar Gunn diode under the pulsehyphen;biased operation using a stroboscopic scanning electron microscope. Experimental results are in reasonable agreement with theoretical results.
