Concluding Mr Meswani ob- served that the opportunities in front of us had never been brighter. Robust GDP growth, aspirations of young population and rise in consumerism would boost domestic demand like never before. Export opportunity too was mammoth. Global markets needed a solution provider and not an exporter. New products like technical textiles and non wovens would provide handsome returns to investors. There would be ample opportunity for consolidation. This industry would witness twice GDP growth if we converted the challenges into opportunities. The sure progress of the industry would enable it to find a rightful place not only in India but also across the World. He was sure the industry would make India proud.
