Lymphomatoid Granulomatosis Manifesting as a Subacute Polyradiculoneuropathy

The case of a 40-year-old man with lymphomatoid gramulomatosis is reported. The disease presented as a subacute polyradiculoneuropathy, with a partial remission after the administration of intrathecal methotrexate. The case report is accompanied by a review of the clinico-pathological manifestations of this disease in the nervous system and their response to treatment.
