Abstract.The generic diagnosis ofKilifiaDe Lotto, a genus of soft‐scale insects, is presented together with a key and description of the five species included:acuminata(Signoret),americanasp.n.,deltoidesDe Lotto,diversipes(Cockerell), andsinensissp.n.
