April in New York is known for its rain showers and gray skies. This April was no exception. But on April 25, the rain gave way to rays of sunshine as Liz Hildenbrand, publisher for PTN and associate publisher of SPD in Cygnus Business Media's Imaging Group, vowed to love, honor, and cherish her new husband, Rob Vickers. The radiant bride-to-be wasn't the only one hoping for a sun-blessed day. Beverly Hills-based wedding photographer John Solano felt the seemingly endless showers could present a problem. "Since I'm from California, I tend to shoot outdoors. The weather was my main concern. It rained on and off from the time I arrived, straight through to the day before the wedding. The wedding day was sunny, although the rain started up again that night," Solano says.
