Ring Back Tone Selection Functionality

NTT DoCoMo launched a new service on September 1, 2003, that allows the incoming user to hear musical or voice content instead of the standard ring back tone (the ringing sound heard when making a call). The user who is receiving the call selects the music/voice content of their choice and set it as ring back tones. This document describes how the system makes it possible to offer various ringing tones that are chosen arbitrarily by the user.
