摘要

Pyrroles represent an important class of heterocyclic compounds,appear as structural motif in many biologically active natural products,and serve as building blocks in the total synthesis of these compounds.Accordingly,extended efforts have been made toward the synthesis of wide range of pyrrole derivatives.Most of these methods involve various cyclocon-densations reactions resulting in 2,5-di-or polysubstituted pyrroles.
