Incidental Detection of Arterial Aneurysms With Tc-99m Human Serum Albumin

Tc-99m human serum albumin gastrointestinal bleeding imaging was performed on a 66-year-old man with vascular Behcet disease, and small-bowel bleeding was demonstrated at 20 minutes after the administration of Tc-99m human serum albumin. Unexpected aneurysms, vascular complications of Behcet disease, were also detected.
